BAD MANAGERS

THE PETER PRINCIPLE STATES THAT PEOPLE ARE PROMOTED TO THEIR LEVEL OF INCOMPETENCE. IN OTHER WORD WHEN PEOPLE DO WELL IN A JOB, THEY ARE REWARED WITH A PROMOTED. THE LEVEL AT WHICH THE PETER PRINCIPLE APPLIES IS DIFFERENT FOR EACH PERSON. SOME PEOPLE REACH COMPETENCE WITH AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION; OTHERS REACH IT AFTER TEN PROMOTION. MANAGERS USING DENIAL WILL INSIST THAT THERE ARE NO PROBLEMS.
